Property and Cancellation Policies
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review our cancellation policy:
- Standard Cancellation: Reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours before the check-in date without penalty. If the reservation is canceled within 72 hours of the check-in date, initial deposit is forfeited.
- No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled date), the full cost of the reservation will be charged.

By making a reservation or using our services, you agree toabide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Prices and TaxesAll room rates are subject to applicable taxes, includingstate, local, and tourism taxes. Prices are based on single or doubleoccupancy, and additional charges may apply for extra guests or services. Ratesare subject to change based on availability and seasonal fluctuations.
2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
Payment at Check-in: A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of check-in for incidentals. The full cost of your stay is charged at check-in or in advance depending on the booking terms.
- Check-out: Please check out by the designated time on your departure date. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Any incidental charges (e.g., room service, restaurant/bar charges, etc.) will be settled at check-out.
3. Traveling with MinorsGuests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parentor legal guardian. A valid ID or proof of guardianship may be required uponcheck-in. Children under 12 stay free in the same room as parents/guardians,provided no extra bedding is required.
4. Accessibility or Special NeedsOur hotel is committed to providing accommodations forguests with disabilities or special needs. Accessible rooms and facilities areavailable upon request. If you have any specific requirements, please notifythe hotel in advance to ensure appropriate accommodations.
5. Parking
- On-site Parking: Parking is available at no additional charge. The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal items while parked on-site.
6. Hotel EventsFrom time to time, the hotel may host events such asconferences, banquets, or social gatherings. These events may result in noiseor temporary disruptions. The hotel will make reasonable efforts to minimizeany inconvenience to guests.
7. Dispute Resolution/IssuesAny disputes or complaints arising during your stay shouldbe addressed promptly to hotel management. If an issue cannot be resolved atthe property, you agree to resolve disputes through alternative disputeresolution (ADR) mechanisms, such as mediation or arbitration, rather thanresorting to litigation.
8. Use of Personal InformationBy making a reservation, you consent to the hotel collectingand using your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Werespect your privacy and will only use your information for the purpose offacilitating your reservation and enhancing your guest experience. We do notshare your information with third parties without your consent, except asrequired by law.
9. LiabilityThe hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury topersonal property during your stay, except where such loss or damage isdirectly caused by the hotel’s negligence. We recommend securing personal itemsand valuables in the in-room safe or at the front desk. The hotel’s liabilityis limited to the amount paid for the stay.
10. Force MajeureThe hotel will not be liable for any failure to perform ordelay in performance due to events outside its reasonable control, includingbut not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, orcivil unrest. In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancelreservations as necessary.
11. Third Party RightsNo person other than the guest making the reservation andthe hotel will have any rights or benefits under these terms and conditions.Any third party acting on behalf of the guest must be authorized by the guestin writing.
12. WaiverFailure by the hotel to enforce any provision of these termsand conditions will not be construed as a waiver of the hotel’s right to do soin the future.
13. SeveranceIf any provision of these terms and conditions is deemedunlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, theremaining provisions will remain in full effect. The unenforceable provisionwill be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
